Raised in Queens, New York, and an Air Force veteran, Mooke’s photography tells a story of both personal journey and artistic vision. Describing his work as "visual poetry,"Mooke specializes in capturing the beauty and culture of Black people, with a special focus on portraying Black women in a regal, empowering light. His images reflect the dignity, strength, and individuality of his subjects, celebrating the richness of Black culture and challenging perceptions through the lens of his camera.
